0.16mm layer, 4 walls, 20% infill
probably works in TPU using the smallest nozzle, doesn’t work with 0.4 PETG

Check your printer calibration. All cases that we've printed for KIISUS or the ones I've printed for myself were printed with PETG (Filalab) using 0.4mm nozzle.
