🖨 Printing Suggestions and Parameters
- Recommended materials: ABS, PETG, or PLA (Please use resilient materials, PETG untested, feedback appreciated if successful)
- Layer Height: 0.15 mm
- Infill: 20% (Linear)
- Wall Count: 2 layers
- Top Layers: 5 layers
- Bottom Layers: 4 layers
- Test Nozzle Temperature: 220°C
- Test Bed Temperature: 115°C
- Support Structure: Partial support for intricate details (as drawn), add a Brim(may be necessary for the locking clasp, I didn't use one during testing but the print was fine) to ensure bed adhesion if necessary
Precision Considerations:
The model features multiple articulated joints, a tolerance of 0.15~0.22mm is recommended. It is advisable to prioritize printing the hand test parts to gauge tightness (using the image below as a reference, no drooping is ideal) (adjust flow rate or shrinkage rate settings as needed)
