HAN Titan-5 M.A.X. Spare parts Propulsion Module

Enable your Titan-5 M.A.X. to move freely in the air using multiple Propulsion thrusters

All parts are directly replaceable and modifiable. It is recommended to use it with the display stand XL

Known potential issues:The small interbody thruster is a hemispherical ball joint. Ifthere is a printing error, it may not fit.In addition, the design isadjustable in angle, but because it is very thin, excessive force may cause breakage (not encountered so far).

🖨 Printing suggestions and parameters

  • Recommended materials: ABS, PETG, or PLA (please use flexible materials, PETG is untested, if anyone succeeds, please feedback to me, thank you)
  • Layer height: 0.15 mm
  • Infill: 20% (linear)
  • Wall count: 2 layers
  • Top layers: 5 layers
  • Bottom layers: 4 layers
  • Tested nozzle temperature: 220°C
  • Tested bed temperature: 115°C
  • Support structure: Partial detail support (as drawn), if necessary to maintain bed adhesion, please add Brim(The small interbody thruster may require it, I didn't use it during my test, but the printing result was good)

Precision notes:
The model has multiple moving joints. It is recommended to control the tolerance within 0.15~0.22mm. It is recommended to print the hand test parts first to test the tightness (use the following image as a reference; it is ideal if it does not hang down) (adjust the flow rate or shrinkage rate settings as needed).
