The Atlas stands tall as one of the most iconic assault mechs in the BattleTech universe—a true battlefield leviathan. This multipart FDM-optimized model captures the titan’s formidable bulk and devastating firepower, great for commanding a table or reinforcing your display collection.
This model is complex with many parts, but the segmentation allows you to reprint individual pieces if needed without starting from scratch.
Assembly & Print Notes:
- Begin by joining the head to the torso section, aligning the pegs carefully for a sturdy bond.
- Attach the legs to their respective waist parts, ensuring snug fit. Glue if necessary for durability.
- Connect the waist parts to the groin joint.
- Attach the groin joint to the torso assembly, securing all peg points with a bit of glue.
- Assemble the barrel and ammo clip carefully, gluing to the main gun assembly.
- Attach the missile pod above the waist on the alternate side, gluing firmly to prevent loss during gameplay.
- Fix the fists to the forearms, then attach forearms to the upper arms—you can choose poses at this stage thanks to peg design.
- Connect the arms to the shoulders, and finally attach the shoulders to the torso assembly.
Due to the weight and size of this model, glue is strongly recommended at all joints to maintain stability.
