Rowlet Pokemon

This is a remixed version of this Rowlet, the Grass-type starter from Pokémon’s 7th Generation. I’ve adjusted the original model by modifying the eye area to be recessed rather than protruding, to better reflect Rowlet’s appearance in the official game sprites.
 

This version features the shiny color scheme, giving Rowlet a fresh and unique look compared to the standard palette. If you prefer the original colors, you can easily switch to the standard color scheme by swapping the colors in Bambu Studio after downloading the included .3mf file.
 

Filament used:

• Eyes: Bambu PLA Basic Black
• Body & Eye Area: Bambu PLA Matte Ivory White
• Main Body Color: Bambu PLA Silk+ Mint
• Tail & Bow: Polymaker Panchroma PLA Silk Teal
• Feet & Beak: Polymaker Panchroma PLA matte Pastel Watermelon

The model is designed for 5-color printing, but it can still be printed on a 4-color AMS. To do this, map two non-overlapping colors (in this case, teal and black) to the same AMS-slot and swap filaments once the first of those colors (teal) finishes printing. You’ll have a time window of about 1.5 hours to make the swap — from around 5 hours into the print until about 6.5 hours. This approach makes the model accessible without compromising detail or quality.

The photos were taken right after support removal, with no further post-processing. Supports can be removed by hand and don’t require any tools.
