Description

BreezeBar: Modular Air Deflector for Mini Splits

Tired of your mini split blasting air in the wrong direction? The BreezeBar system puts you in control. This modular deflector bar lets you mount any number of adjustable fins to guide airflow exactly where you want it—up, down, sideways, or all three.

  • Fits most mini split models
  • Snap-in design, no tools required
  • Each fin is individually angle-adjustable
  • Customize your airflow setup for any room layout
  • Print in whatever filament you prefer (I like ABS!)

Whether you're dodging a cold blast on the couch or need to circulate air more evenly, this tool-free setup keeps things comfy without taping cereal boxes to your wall.

This is designed for a 16.25mm curtain rod, so if you have something close, this can be printed and assembled without trouble. If you need other sizing, the files are attached. Be sure to use appropriately sized setscrews for the assemblies otherwise you will not be able to swing the fins due to interference with the fan blade. I used M3x6 screws for this purpose.
