Description

The kickstand for a Specialized Turbo Tero ebike is composed of an upper part with a metal backbone and a lower plastic part that slips and screws into the upper part.  You can see the kickstand here. This 3D file is the lower part which does not appear to be available from Specialized which broke when by bike was knocked over. So I reverse engineered it and here it is.  The rotation of the piece on the platter is such that the space in the middle did not need support when I printed it.  Because the piece narrows towards the tip (bottom) there is some needed support on the bottom but I thinking that could be eliminated somehow.  And there is support for the countersinking of the screwhead.  The screw hole is the top of the piece  I welcome suggestions and improvements.  I printed this with PLA-CF because it was the only black filament I had and it is holding up well but shows scratches
