Case Feeder Tube Filler 9mm

The truth is that I have never bought a Lee Case Collator. It was not needed for the Lee Turret and single-operation presses. When I bought a Lee Six Pack 6000 and got a four-tube magazine without a Collator, I needed one.

If you have a 3D printer, look online to see if there is a model available somewhere and print it!

At first I used a Collator according to the model from Thingiverse, two-piece connected by one self-tapping tube. Over time, I found that the connection was very loose, I modified it to a sealed M3 insert, but this did not help either.
So I modeled my own, which I am making available.

My design is two-piece, larger in size than the Lee Collator and definitely stronger than the model mentioned above. It consists of a pan and an adapter for tubes. I chose a two-part model to minimize the use of supports and the possibility of possible further modifications to cartridges other than 9 mm.
Part no. 2 - Tube adapter has a modeled fixed support, which is removed after printing. There is no need to clean the surface where the supports were.

I use it with 9x19 cartridges, but it will also work with other 9 mm cartridges.

For assembly you will need:
- 2x brass sealing insert M3 x max 5 mm
- 2x M3 x 6 mm screw with a conical countersunk head (the total length of the screw is really critical)

Can be printed from PLA and ABS.

The pins are used to block the tubes that you do not want to use.
