Description

The EGR piston rod valve for the Peugeot 807 is no longer available and is difficult to find in the aftermarket or from scrapped vehicles.

I have included two replacements that are exactly the same, except for the joint ball. The inner diameter worked better for me on the second plate with a 4.8 mm inner diameter, as the first plate was 0.1 mm larger 4.9 mm.

I believe this is the same EGR used in all Peugeot and Citroën models. In my engine, the EGR was positioned close to the exhaust, and since the original was made of PA6, I used PAHT CF.

hey there! im trying to make a a similar piece, but for the air admission on the engine, for a peugeot 607. mine broke and i cant find any replacement. just need to find someone with a similar engine that could take some mensurements! keep up the good work
