Description

This is a holder for attaching a document (Ontario accessible parking permit) to a car sun visor. It has a frame and two clips.
Since it could be quite hot inside a car, PLA is not an option but PETG is.

The document size for the frame is 216 x 89 (almost 1/3 of US letter), and it hides borders of 5mm of the document from each side.

I also put a variant for 210x99.4 (1/3 of A4 format).

For the thing, you have to print two clips and a suitable frame ("document frame.step" or "document frame third a4.step") with PETG or some other high-temperature resistant plastic. Mind that the printer should have printing area of 250 x 99 (US letter) / 244 x 109.4 (A4).

Source model has parameters for width and height, and step/stl could be re-exported with other dimensions if needed: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/3b30aa888c22eaeb6f1728e9/w/f448460598533127551a99cf/e/83247f7033585522abaf6ab3?renderMode=0&uiState=6829da61f161bd5e3264b3bb
