Wide Nozzle Adapter for Dyson V6 / DC62 – Print-Ready in 3h

Custom-designed long nozzle attachment for the Dyson V6 (DC62), ideal for mattresses, fabrics and precision cleaning.

It snaps securely into the vacuum head with a satisfying click, thanks to its reinforced locking notch.

With this project, I wanted to push my A1 mini to its limits — using a support-free print profile despite the large overhang. And guess what? It handled it perfectly. I guess I’ll have to try harder next time!
Bambu printers are seriously impressive!

→ 🧱 No supports needed – optimized for quick, clean printing

→ ♻️ Minimal filament waste – thanks to fully supportless design

→ 💨 Smooth inner surface and aerodynamic profile for optimal airflow and suction performance

→ 💪 Thin yet strong – nearly 100% infill for maximum durability, except in the connector notch area to save a bit of material

Fits all Dyson DC62 V6 models with the classic clip mechanism.

The print worked wonderfully, but when testing the nozzle, there were quite loud noises. The opening still needs supports to prevent vibrations from the airflow
