Audi A5 speaker front door spacer

A speaker spacer mount or fitting ring for the front speakers on an Audi A5 converitble.

This takes the existing speaker installation and you have cut out the old speaker and mounts, it gives you an exact fit for a replacement speaker. I bolted the spacer in place with M3x20mm long socket head cap screws in black to stick with the black theme. In this case I used a 16.75cm Rockford Fosgate speaker as this allows for good bass improvement while not taking up space in the rear where the window guide is. I have added the four speaker screw clips into the model too - these can be modified as needed.

I printed this in translucent PETG initially as I wanted to see some of the gyroid effects and as this is hidden I didn't mind that, but I ended up creating the final parts in black PETG-HF to match the rest of the mount. Take a look and see what you think.
