Black King Kong Retractable Baton Support-Free Printing
Print Profile(1)

Description
This is a model of a retractable self-defense baton.
It is named Black Diamond because other batons have been printed before.
However, they were far from adequate in terms of strength.
Therefore, this baton is designed with only "strength" as its starting point.
The design's selling points are as follows:
1. The overall design is thick and strong to enhance durability.
2. The tail end is designed to allow for hammering if necessary (but not excessively sharp to cause injury).
3. The telescopic design is reinforced to prevent disassembly and breakage.
4. Parts can be printed separately, allowing for replacement of parts and assembly after printing in different colors.
5. The entire model is support-free and can be printed directly without needing a brim.
6. The infill percentage can be adjusted according to individual needs and preferences (I only used 4 wall layers and 25% infill for good high strength).
7. Using PETG, the print strength is already strong enough that it cannot be broken by hand.
Minor design flaws are as follows:
1. In pursuit of strength, the size may be larger. If you have small hands and cannot hold it, you may need to print a scaled-down model to fit your hand size.
2. Due to the anti-slip design of the grip, the overall printing time will be slightly longer.
PS: Please note!!!
A printed baton is ultimately just a printed toy.
Do not use it to injure others or actually use it against people.
