Bill of Materials
Description
Hello,
A small greenhouse that can be stuck in the dirt or used in pots. It is designed to be used with a plastic bag or cling film. The sticks that get assembled into the corner connectors can be scaled along the x axis to provide custom sizes.
Assembly takes about 5-10 mins and is very straight forward. In case the sticks do not fit the corner connectors correctly these can also be resized to achieve perfect fitment.
Fitment was good on my A1 and didnt have any issue printing and assembling multiple of these.
I printed mine in PLA and they have been holding up for about a month now without significant warping. PETG would probably be a better choice tho if you plan to reuse it. I also dont suggest printing in dark colors to keep the heat absorbtion to a minimum. I listed some example filaments below!
The Print includes an adjustable air vent that can be added after building the greenhouse frame and installing the chosen material around it. To add the vent simply chose a spot and cut a X smaler than the size of the vent. Now stick in the main part and slide over the clamping ring. Cut away any excess material sticking out on the inside between the vent body and the clamping ring. At last slide in the Vent body and install the c clip. Your mini greenhouse with adjustable temperature and humidity controll is now complete!
Hope this helps you grow!
