20mm Screw Mount Wire Clamp

This wire clamp is designed for rapid prototyping and utility use in electronics projects involving 20mm (or 1/2") conduit ports. Perfect for cable pass-through on junction boxes or enclosures using standard electrical knockouts.

⚠️ Not recommended for home electrical wiring use.

Basically, I kitbashed two existing models together in Blender:
• Nut and thread base from Thingiverse #4967909
• Clamp top from Printables #373915

Hardware Used:
• 2x 6-32 x 3/4" screws
• 2x 6-32 nuts

• Tapped with a 6-32 thread tap for proper fit

Features:
• Threaded 20mm base
• Strong clamp grip
• Compact profile
• Great for holding wires in portable, low-voltage projects

Recommended Settings:
• Print in PETG or ABS for heat resistance
• 3 or more wall lines for mechanical strength

• Use Automatic Tree suports on main body
