This Bang Snap Shooter is a simple and fast print. All you need is a rubber band and some bang snaps.
Update Rev 1.2 - Updated print profile to help with thread breaking. The orientation of the print is critical to making it strong. Some folks have been printing the shaft part vertical and it is weak and fails at the thread. Also it is a toy…it will break if you put 5 rubber bands on it and overload it. Test printed with Bambu P1S and Bambu PLA. Tolerances on other materials and printers may vary.
Assembly
1. Slide shaft into main housing
2. Screw on pull knob
3. Thread rubber band through hole and hook each end to the hooks on the main housing
How to use:
- Place Bang snap in Bang snap holder on top of the main housing.
- Pull shaft back by pulling on the knob, stretching the rubber bands, and allowing the bang snap to fall into pocket
- Release knob while holding the main housing.
- Enjoy!
