This clock is approximately 220mm in diameter and 23mm wall
Almost any clock mechanism should work as long as the threaded shaft is 8-10mm long at a minimum and less then 60mm square. I purchase my clock mechanisms on AliExpress (Or I did untill the tarifs). You can also find them on Amazon.
