There are a couple of issues: 1. The bristles are printed in the Z orientation, making them super weak. My girlfriend broke off some in just a few seconds. If one expects to really use this and have an H2D, then flip the model and print with PVA support. Won’t be cheap but at least won’t be thrown away after a few minutes. If printed on a single nozzle with bristles on Z orientation, then better use PA6 without GF/CF. Downside: will be a bit more expensive than PLA or PETG, will probably flex if not printed on a stiff thick steel plate with garolite (G10 or G11) and PA6 will be a bit soft. PA12 will be stiffner though. 2. If it’s printed with the bristles in the Z axis, then it would be better to have variable layer hight on top of the bristles to avoid any roughness right at the top of the bristles. 3. The model has some rounded corners which can be difficult to print as they overhang a bit too much.
