Description

Here is spear Axle shaft  for L.E.G.O Technic that had to print.

The model is 95mm long but you can easily adjust the length by using “scale tool” considering “uniform scale” mark unchecked.

I have printed the model in PETG but other filaments could be suitable too.

Take in mind that the model is with nice press fit tolerance so the usage of other filaments could require some fine adjustments.

printed at 250mm (32 stud) since I broke the original, printed flat, perfect fit. used Creality PLA-CF on my P1S

Other Issues:The idea is good. But is has a few issue: The parts have a few strings loose. The print is not fully fused the PetG. the fitting on the lego part is really loose. i want to try and change the print profile and scale the part 101% and see what that does for fitting the other lego parts.

Please clean your build plate with alcohol, level it and try again. It should work :)

HI, I get your point but unfortunately no. Most of the time there is some spear one in the kits :)

worked great. a little more stiff than the Lego ones but I’m sure that will depend on the type of filament used. I used PLA. overall great print

It’s good with the tolerance but I printed in pla+ and it still wasnt strong enough for my application.
