Gearbox for 030motor: Fully 3D-Printed
Print Profile(2)

Description
Hi. I have some idle 030 motors. So I created this 030 reduction gearbox entirely made by 3D printing, which is compatible with CyberBrick model.
As a user of Bambu, I highly recommend the LA024 launched by the official. If you have idle motors like me, try printing these parts. If not, it would be a good idea to purchase the official parts.
As mentioned before, the advantage of this gearbox is that it's completely made by 3D printing and doesn't require any other parts. However, it lacks a clutch mechanism because of this.
Can it achieve the same precision as the official gears? No.
Can it meet the operation requirements under light-load conditions? Absolutely!
I prepared two configurations. When use .4Nozzle, please confirm the length of shaft is less than 6mm.Otherwise, modify it yourself. When use .2Nozzle, no requirements. It would be a good idea to print the shell with the .4Nozzle and print the gear with the 0.2 nozzle. Quickly and accurately.
Also prepared parameterized part to adjust by yourself

Before printing, you need to ensure that the flow settings and the leveling is accurate to reduce the probability of unsmooth rotation. Using PETG will yield better results.
After printing, add some grease. It will be very helpful. If you encounter any problems during printing, contact me.
*The gear parameters are a module of 0.5 and a pressure angle of 20. Maybe you can also use these to create gearboxes with other reduction ratios.
