Here's a link to the Onshape document in which I designed the wall mount and the ‘sword handle’ version. Unfortunately the original ‘candlestick’ version model file has been lost to the sands of time…

All models are designed to be printed without supports, though you may want to support the lower parts of the ‘sword handle’ one to avoid scraggliness.

The ‘Suction Cup’ version of the wall mount holder is designed for use with a 14mm ‘nubbin’ with a hole, and requires a single M3 x 18/20 bolt to fix to the suction cup.
