JR DESIGNS BMW WIRELESS CHARGER MOD V3. I have decided to create a Bambulabs file for this to be printed all over the globe after 5 years of printing these and selling just over 2500 all over the globe.. please do not use this file for commercial/sales purposes and this is only to be printed for the purpose of helping the BMW/MINI community.

HSS Drill bit used to make the hole which will be self tapped via the screws are 1.2mm HSS. using cheap bits will make the hole deform due to PLA melting with friction… use the drill bit very slow when making the hole and be sure to make sure the hole make isn't too deep.. : https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0031A60VY?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1&th=1

Won't the PLA melt in the car in the summer? Or is it protected enough from the heat when it's inside the compartment?

so in the 2.5k I’ve sold, I’ve never had an issue with people coming back to me with issues and that’s most likely because PLA generally melts at 130c min. that being said I’m happy to create a ABS file if needed just let me know ☺️☺️

This is exactly what I need. Is there any marking or guide for tapping the holes? ABS profile would be great as well.

Hi, I will look to add a abs profile. I haven’t had any issue on drilling the holes using the method of centre and 1mm to edge of hole on the inside edges as per the install guide thanks!
