Description

The downside of my Canon 400mm DO IS L lens is that the lens foot is teeny tiny and a pain to hold especially with a teleconverter mounted.  This model extends the foot over 100 mm and mounts with a screw. Obviously you would want to use a few walls (perimeters) and plenty of infill with a strong filament like Nylon, ABS, ASA, or maybe even PETG. I printed mine with a Nylon 6 with 20% glass fill filament and it feels rock solid. Would not recommend PLA but I made an extremely sturdy PLA print profile for those wanting to still use PLA.

This may fit other similar lenses ( Canon 300mm / 400mm  f/2.8) but more than likely the hole for the lens foot would be off.
