3-inch Full-Range Speaker - Wedge Round

The Wedge Round v2.0 has been added to the printing configuration.

1. Optimized Dimensions:
   • Redesigned width-to-height ratio: reduced front width, increased depth.
   • Internal volume: 2.56L.
2. Enhanced Structural Support:
   • Reinforced internal ribs and thickened 支撑骨架 (support framework).
   • One-piece printing for the main enclosure; the secondary panel is detachable for easy terminal wiring.
3. Improved Bass Reflex Design:
   • Extended port tube length to 12cm for a target tuning frequency of 50Hz.

Hello everyone, this is the blueprint for my second full-range speaker.
It's a speaker designed for 3-inch full-range drivers, featuring a new shape - the Wedge Round.

Key Features:

• Added internal support ribs for structural reinforcement.
• Based on listening tests, it is recommended to line the inner walls with sound deadening sheets.
• Ideal for vocals, pop music, and light music genres.

Technical Details:

• Three bass reflex port sizes are available, targeting different low-frequency tuning ranges (from short to long): 120Hz, 110Hz, 102Hz.
• The front panel offers two options: integrated or split design.
• Compared to the previous 3-inch speaker model, this version has less deep low-frequency extension but emphasizes midrange clarity and a wider soundstage.

• This design uses an entry-level speaker pair priced at 56 RMB, making it perfect for DIY enthusiasts to build entry-level Hi-Fi speakers!
