PRIMAL-1 WOLF - The Articulated print-in-place Wolf
Filament Recommendations
- Best: PLA Matte, PLA Wood - Offers the most friction for strong joints.
- Good: PLA Basic, PLA Metal, PLA Galaxy, PLA Marble, PLA Transparent, etc. - Less Friction, But Okay
- Not Recommended: PLA Silk - No Friction, Brittle
- Not Recommended: PETG, ABS, ASA - Poor Bridging, Tendency for joints to weld together
Printing
- Print Profiles attached contains the main model and optional extras.
- Create your own colorway by matching different filament to each color group.
- Does not require AMS to achieve two color.
- Designed to be printed at a 0.2mm layer height with a 0.4mm nozzle.
- Printing times are around 4 Hours total (Main + Extras).
- No Supports.
Assembly
- Pieces will be lightly stuck together. This is designed to increase friction so joints don't move.
- Break apart according to Gif above.
- Not shown in above Gif - Tail, Body, and Head Joints.
To Install Optional Extras:
Align the underbody piece between the front legs with the two pegs and push.
