Supports: This nozzle needed a little support to get going with those internal threads. Quick snip and grab from pliers got them out. I found taking the pliers and rotating with the threads got it out in one piece.

You may need a gasket for it but you can always print your own. I used mine without a gasket and it works well.   Try out JC58 garden hose washer for a 100% printable solution.  https://makerworld.com/en/models/637641#profileId-563120 . Do make sure you get all of the support material out before putting in the gasket or else it may leak.

I must be pretty dense. Even with these images I can not for the life of me figure out how to tie this thing. I want to print a bunch for my daughter to give to her class for summer break but am struggling since I can’t figure out how to tie them. Any specific videos you’d recommend?

when you wrap the balloon around it, then you take the balloon end off the spigot and put it in that hole. When you pull the balloon off, it's tied. I hope this picture helps.
