This model allows you to increase the cutting width of a Gardena Sileno City robotic lawnmower from 16cm to 21cm. Furthermore, it offers the possibility of equipping the blade disc with a total of 6 blades instead of only 3.
All parts can be printed with Bambu Lab PETG-HF without support structures. To position the blade guard correctly, the additional bevel should be fitted onto the blade guard, and then both parts should be attached to the robotic lawnmower together with a screw.
There are 2 different models:
- Blade disc with M4 threads
The holes for attaching the blades to the blade disc are already provided with M4 threads. No additional heat inserts are needed for this model. While the threads hold exceptionally well, the blades should not be fastened with excessive force to avoid damaging the threads. Additionally, it is recommended to use a washer between the blade and the blade disc.
Blade disc with M5 holes
There is an improved version with M5 holes, which features significantly stronger structures, especially in the blade attachment areas.
