Vader 3/4 Back Paddles – M2 Insert Remix

This is a remix of NotusGG’s FlyDiGi Vader 3 & 4 Back Paddle Mod Version 5, modified to work with M2 x 6 mm screws and heat-set brass inserts (3.5 mm OD × 6 mm length).

I made this change because I use the paddles pretty aggressively, and the right long paddle kept failing after a short time, even when printed in PETG-CF. I wanted something more durable and easier to repair without reprinting the whole part.

To make it work with inserts, I:

• Enlarged the mounting holes to 3.2 mm
• Added a 3.6 mm counterbore (~0.8 mm deep)
• Slightly widened the surrounding part structure for a more secure press fit

Everything else is unchanged from the original. Big thanks to NotusGG for the base design — this remix just adds more durability for heavy use.
