Updated:Major Update Notes:

1. Added a PDF version of the locomotive installation instructions.
2. Moved the position of the N20 motor to solve the difficulty of aligning the left and right wheels during assembly. Misalignment can cause the connecting rod to get stuck or fall off. The upgraded version is equipped with a limit stop, allowing direct alignment for easy installation. Meanwhile, a series of modifications have made the operation smoother and more stable.
3. Reduced the wheel spacing by 1mm. The advantage is that the vehicle can pass through curves more smoothly and the risk of derailment is reduced.
4. Raised the position of the main control board for easier plugging and unplugging of the power cord. The position of the power switch has been slightly adjusted to make it more convenient to operate.
5. Sealed the bottom of the wheel connecting rod fixing seat, so that the pin will not pass through the wheel when inserted.
6. Redesigned the rear light bracket to make printing and installation more convenient.
7. Added a more stable hard connection version for the coupler, ensuring it will not uncouple under any road conditions.
8. The track has been optimized after long-term consideration. A 0.6mm gap has been added at the bottom. This way, if the connecting consumable wire is accidentally broken in some cases, the broken consumable wire inside can still be taken out with a utility knife, eliminating the need to reprint the track. Kudos to my own sudden inspiration, haha!
9. Modified and enlarged the 25 steel shaft hole.

10. Slightly adjusted the headlight. Tests showed that some PCBs were difficult to insert into the original version.

【2025-7-23】Updated: I finally found time to sort out the bridge and viaduct series models of Xiaoqiang Train recently. Welcome to download them! Please note that for the A1 mini, some components need to be downloaded and placed manually, and large parts cannot be printed directly—this is because the size of the bridge is really quite large. You can choose the color of the consumables according to your own preferences. Some of the bridge components may require glue, but most are fixed with M2*10 screws. Since assembly is almost easy to complete once printing is finished, no separate assembly instructions will be made. I hope these components can further enrich your train scenes.   After more than half a year of waiting, the Xiaoqiang Train Model is finally here. The design validation took three months. especially thank the experts from the BambuLab MW department (Brother Guo) and the beautiful lady (Tofu) who has been in charge of the liaison work,There are also other technicians.Thanks to smooth communication and a friendly collaborative atmosphere, the entire train model series was successfully realized. During the design of the Xiaoqiang Train Model, to optimize printing and facilitate assembly, the locomotive file underwent 14 iterations, the modeling files reached 6 GB in size, and components such as carriages, bridges, and tracks were updated across 32 versions. The printing files achieved 90% support-free requirements, color-separated files are provided individually, and detailed assembly videos for the locomotive, tracks, and remote controller were recorded.
    The initial release includes the locomotive, universal carriages, C450 tracks, 250mm straight tracks, and compact switches. Printable versions of tracks compatible with the A1 Mini and other models will be released later. Please stay updated on print configuration adjustments. Additional components shown in the video will be rolled out gradually once community support and download milestones are reached. We appreciate your participation and support.
    For any assembly or usage issues, please leave comments. i will strive to provide timely solutions, and all answers will be synchronized to the Excel sheet below. For basic questions, you can download the latest version of the document and use Ctrl+F with keywords to check for existing solutions. If unresolved, feel free to ask.
