Stronger Upper U-Joint (100%, 150%, & 200%)
Print Profile(2)

Description
Used existing u-joints from the original Dummy 13 frame and remixed the upper arm only on Thomatron's locking stand design. These fit much tighter and more surface area for the u-joint to grab onto the ball joint. It now articulates in places where the weight and balance of your desired poses to be much stronger and stiffer mid-air.
3 plates for 100%, 150%, and 200% scale. *I recommend printing this in ABS, which this profile is made for. I can not stress enough how much I love ABS for Dummy13 frames. It's strong, wear resistant, and smooth movement. Tested in PETG and it's fine. If ABS was a 10, I'd give PETG a 7.5 at best for “tightness”.
ENJOY!
**WARNING FOR THOSE NEW TO ABS:
Dry your filament and clean your build plate.
Pre-heat your enclosed chamber to at least 40°C (the hotter the better) before sending the print.
Please use a BRIM and keep that bed at 100°C (I do 105°C). I have had ZERO bed adhesion issues with this print.
Do not rush to take this off the build plate. When the print is done, DO NOT open it up to cool it faster, you'll risk warping. Let it cool 45 minutes after or wait for the bed to reach 45°C before pulling ABS off. This will allow the ABS to contract and release itself off the plate without warping.
*Also included a spare stand ball joint just in case and the full stand with upgraded arm.
