Description

Boost Me (for free)

Maybe I saved your expensive headset, so getting a boost is always appreciated :)

This model contains two repair rings for the very fragile Jabra Evolve 65 turning hinges. They will prevent turning (and thus that you put it back into its little felt case), but at least your otherwise working headset is not rendered unusable.

While the initial model had just one ring (and therefor was only fixing the “speaker” side of the headset, not the Mic side), I spent some time and prototypes on creating a second ring that works for the mic side as well, leaves the USB port, Power Button and lights open and still allows you to turn your microphone from left side to right side.

It works by just snapping on, so no need for glue or any other thing to hold everything in place.

Supports are needed, but just some light trees. A small plier may come in handy when installing the microphone side. Always start from the top (placing the rectangular cage on the upper part first) and then just pull it over, which may need a bit of well-dosed force.

Works perfectly fine in PLA Basic.
