Description

I wanted to make a Police shield that looked a bit more modern and came up with a few designs both with and without viewports. I also wanted to add ‘lighting’ like many shields nowadays seem to have so I present to you some options.

My ‘Alpha' shield has no viewport but does have lighting, and I made a ‘Charlie’ version of it that is a bit smaller.

The ‘Bravo’ shield is the one with the viewport and also has lighting.

‘POLICE’ is baked into the shields, but if there is a demand, I can make a version without. I've included pictures before and after I added the white coloring with a cheap, Amazon paint marker

All three shields have the 250% as well as the 100% sized version on the same plate, just delete the one you don't want. Print with slim tree supports.

Did you use the supports? From those scattered filaments, it doesn't look like you used them... Just like it doesn't look like the design you're commenting on. These are shields, while yours looks like a rifle to me. I added more supports because the file seems to have too few, especially under the word “police”, and I am printing now.

hey would it be possible to make a shield without POLICE but in stead put CDCR. or is there a way I can change that? thanks again

I can totally do that for you. Which shield variant? I have all the working files so it's easier for me to just swap the words.

It's likely adding all three shields together, plus their 100% version. Just delete what you don't want to actually print and it will not be that much. Not even close.
