Radiator Pipe cover collection Large Footprint

A replacement radiator pipe cover. The Holes are 17mm in diameter so that a 16mm pipe can easily fit, because the distance of the pipe on the ground can vary, there are differerent sizes.

This is a larger Version of another Model I have already uploaded. This one is 2mm flatter and significantly wider in the other 2 Directions, particularry useful, when you have

To determine the size you need simply calculate the center distance, measure the outer distance between the pipes and subtract the diameter of one pipe(16mm). I have labeled the size in the document name, to have a set you each need an A and B part.

There are various the sizes 45;46;48;50;52;53mm. There is an additional cover with one elongated hole it has a minimum distance of 41mm and a maximum distance of 50mm. If your distance doesn't exactly match up be aware that you have a 1mm tolerance to each side.

The camfers each have a different angle and a little bit of headroom. This makes it possible that the two parts tightly join together so that they don't self release even when hit.

I have printed the parts in ABS because the pipes can become quite warm and i dont want the parts to melt or deform, I think you coud also print them in PETG. I chose an Infill of 15% and 2 walls. There are no supports nessesary, orient the part in a way that the upper face is on the printbed.
