200mm fan mount | grow tent 16,18,22mm poles

Fanmount for 200mm fans. 16mm, 18mm and 22mm pole variant. 

You can secure the mount with an additional ziptie but it was not necessary for me yet.

I used 6mm m4 threaded inserts. You'll need 2 inserts + 2 screws per set. You'll also need a screw and a nut for the extention part. Washers are optional.

The fan is mountet with a standard fan screw, should be included when buying a fan.

You have to print the clip for the pole in petg or something flexible, otherwise it will snap when installing it.

The 3mf file has 2 plates using the 22mm pole variant, one right and one left side plate, meant for the right and left side pole in your tent. You may change these to the corresponding pole size and orientation you plan on mounting your fan. Just download the stl and replace them in your slicer.

The extention is necessary and allows you to tilt the fan up/down. Please install it carefully, it has to go in between the fanmount and the pole clip, on the shorter arm on the fanmount.
