Description
M-17S Frisbee Launcher
This model is for personal recreational use only. Contact the creator for commercial licensing.
Printing Materials:
The main body and accessories are recommended to be printed using PLA filament
The launching clip is recommended to be printed using PETG filament
1. When printing large or elongated parts, allow them to cool naturally to below their softening temperature before removal from the PEI plate. This prevents warping caused by uneven cooling and shrinkage.
2. For moving parts, a 0.16mm layer height and 50mm/s print speed are recommended to enhance compatibility and surface aesthetics.
3. Avoid using top surface ironing for large parts. Prolonged ironing can weaken the adhesion of tree supports, leading to collapse and print failure.
4. For moving parts and the launching clip, applying lubricant to friction surfaces ensures smoother operation.
The product incorporates non-printed components such as screws, knurled brass nuts, and springs. Specific quantities are listed below:
Non-Printed Components
1. M3*32-D5 aluminum rods: 2 pieces
2. M3*3*4.2 knurled brass nuts: 5 pieces
3. M2*3*3.2 knurled brass nuts: 20 pieces
4. 0.8*14*130 compression spring: 1 piece (self-cut)
5. 0.5*5*10 compression springs: 2 pieces
6. M2*5 cup head socket cap screws: 10 pieces
7. M2*6 cup head socket cap screws: 20 pieces
8. M3*6 round head socket cap screw: 1 piece
9. M3*8 round head socket cap screws: 10 pieces
10. 1.5*7mm glow-in-the-dark tubes: 3 pieces (can be replaced with glow-in-the-dark filament)
