Custom Phone Holder for 8BitDo SN30 Pro/Pro+ – Modular & Optimized Design
This is my custom take on a phone holder for the 8BitDo SN30 Pro and Pro+ controllers. After many hours of testing and countless revisions, I’ve fine-tuned it for optimal balance and comfort. It includes thoughtful touches like a small tab at the bottom that allows for easy controller removal without risking print damage.
The design is fully modular — I plan to release additional adapters for other controllers that will work with the same clamp base. The mount has been precisely adjusted so it doesn’t interfere with the volume or power buttons on my iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Optimized for strength while using only 37g of filament, this model prints well in Bambu PETG translucent, PETG HF, and multiple PLA types — all of which have held up without breakage. It requires minimal support removal and assembles easily: just press the hex pegs into the hex holes on the base. The knurled screw end attaches with a small piece of filament; clip it close to flush, then twist it to trim off the excess for a secure fit.
I’ve tested it across all my printers: A1 Mini, A1, P1S, and H2D. I’ll be uploading a by-object print profile compatible with A1, P1S, X1C, and H2D-sized print beds.
