Ford Maverick Adjustable Cargo Divider – Bed Rail Mounted

Looking for an affordable, customizable cargo divider for your Ford Maverick? This design provides a sturdy, adjustable solution that mounts directly to the bed rails saving you from the hefty ~$300 price tag of the OEM option.

Features & Functionality:
Adjustable Design: Uses a 3/4" plywood sheet (cut to fit your bed) slotted into brackets on both sides, keeping cargo secure. Slide it along the rails in your bed and lock the pin at any of the holes in the back of the rail to keep it in place.

Secure Mounting: Each side of the bed utilizes two M5x20mm bolts and two M5 nuts (4 of each required), as well as a printed pin to keep the divider from moving around

Rail-Integrated Hardware: The T-Nut slots into the rail. During printing, the process is paused before the top of the hex holes are printed (layer 75 for me at 0.2mm layers) so the M5 hex nuts can be inserted before resuming.

Future-Proofing: The T-Nut was designed as a separate component, allowing for future expansion or attachment of other bed rail-mounted accessories.

PETG Recommended: Prints should be done in PETG for durability against heat and exposure.


This design was created based on my personal available hardware, but if there’s interest, I can modify it to accommodate different bolt sizes or configurations.

  Do not forget to pause the nut print in order to place in the M5 nuts into the hex holes before finishing up the print.
