Replacement Gear - Magic Bullet Blender

Print files for  6.0 mm  &  8.5 mm brass inserts available.

After going through three blenders due to worn out gears, I finally designed this replacement part.

So I wont have to keep replacing the whole unit!

• I reused Brass Female Thread Insert Embedment Nut.

   

• Assembly Instructions: 
• Allow the part to fully cool before assembly.
• Insert the part into the printed component by pressing it in using pliers.
• Use a piece of cardboard or other protective material between the pliers and the plastic to avoid damage.
• Do not apply heat, this part is designed for a cold press fit.
