Bee Snug (queen marking tool)

a marking tool helper, for beekeeping

wearing thick gloves makes it cumbersome to hold the queen and mark her

with bee snug its an easier task. while wearing gloves.

just add a rubber band .

(use a rubber band the width of the bee snug, then take and stretch thr rubber band several times, so whnen u pt light pressre on rubber band it flexs, keep stretching it, tils its easy to flex,with little finger pressure)

What is the difference between the 2 marking tools? Also, what type/size rubber band do you recommend so I don't put too much pressure on the queen?

I can't really say which size Rubberban d, I just used a very small one and stretched it. maybe was 1 inch in diameter. ill try and redo a pic and show difference .

I only held back one star because there is no information as to what size or width the rubber band should be. I don't want to hurt the queen so if it is too narrow or tight I'm a little concerned. Otherwise it is a 5 star print.

ill add a bit more info..but I can say an exact size , people worldwide use it. ill get a close explanation

Rubber band ,as wide as tool is. then stretch Rubber band several times. I haven't found way to post videos as some do.
