Key Features:
- Clean, symmetrical design
- Stability with a low center of mass
- Ventilation slots added for better airflow
- Does not block ports or fans
- Universal fit: 310mm wide, stretchable up to 340mm
- Comfortable 10mm height, gives ~5mm actual elevation
- Tested with Lenovo Legion Pro 7, originally designed for MacBook 13
- Works with PETG, PLA
To prevent warping effect, I reinforced the bottom part of the model and added (just in case) a mouse-ear brim (which is easy to remove) as the model is long and thin, but it depends on your printer, filament, and printing conditions, and brim might not be necessary.
Print it once, stay cool forever.
Happy printing and cool computing!
P.S. If you are looking for a solution to reduce 3D printer noise, have a look on my soundproof enclosure design crafted from IKEA furniture. This enclosure reduces printer noise and ensures impressive 36.5 dB(A) at just 1 meter away. Detailed instruction how to build it you may find here.
