Description
Credits to @TimPrints for the original model of this rack mount bracket for a lot of Dell OptiPlex micro PCs.
This seemed like the most durable one out there so i went for it.
I wanted the fan grill part of the PC to be flush with the mount, so i changed it a little to fit my needs.
I also removed the middle mouting holes since i don't need them and it makes it a little stronger as well.
While measuring i saw that the height of the bracket was 43mm, which is not exactly 1U.
I changed that to about 44,40mm which is about what it should be.
I printed in PLA with some modifications to give it more strength, and it feels very sturdy so far.
If you have problems with warping, you may have to rotate the model 45° so it has some clearance to the edge of the printbed.
