Dust collector box for the Ultenic T10 Pro base station

Update, June 8th, 2024: Improved version of the dust box uploaded (separated compartments with holes for better waste distribution)

This set is meant to eliminate the need to buy single-use dust bags for the base station of the Ultenic T10 Pro vacuum robot. It consists of three parts:

1. The adapter that fools the station to think that a dustbag is inserted
2. The dust collector box with a filter inlay, to be connected to the adapter
3. The lid for the dust collector box

The adapter and the lid can be printed without supports, the box needs some minor support at its opening for the adapter. Best printed in PETG for stability, but also works in PLA, since the inside of the base station never heats up to problematic temperatures.

A STEP file with all models is included in case you want to optimize the models or add features.

Installing the box after printing is easy. Add a thick layer of 10cm x 10cm filter (most finer foam-based filters should do nicely, I used an aquarium filter plus a layer of carbon based filter material usually used for motors). Connect the adapter to the box, then insert both into the base station. Place a rubberband around the inlet at the wall inside of the box. This closes the tiny airgap and also helps to prevent the box from wiggling while the dust is sucked into it. Then put the lid on and use it until the level of dust has reached the inlet. Then empty it out, wash the filter and reuse it. Ocassionally check the inside of the base station for dust that may have escaped and clean it.

Alternatively you can also buy a reusable dust bag and glue it to the adapter instead of using the box.
