Hot Glue Wire Connector Molds – 2-to-1 Configuration
These specialized molds are designed to help you create clean, durable hot glue insulation when joining two wires into one. Perfect for repairing or combining connections in a tidy and reliable way, these molds are a practical addition to any wire repair kit.
Each mold features size markings so you can easily match the correct halves together.
We recommend printing the mold halves in different colors to quickly tell them apart and avoid mix-ups during use.
To use, place the wires into the channels—two wires on one side, one wire on the other—then clamp the mold tightly shut using a spring clamp, ratcheting quick clamp, or bar clamp. Inject hot glue into the fill port and allow it to cool fully before opening the mold.
Tips for Best Results:
- Apply mold release (WD-40, Vaseline, gun oil, etc.) before injecting hot glue to prevent sticking.
- Heavy-duty glue sticks offer a firmer set, but standard glue sticks still give a solid bond.
- Make sure wires are stripped and twisted together before inserting for the strongest bond.
