0.16mm layer, 5 walls, 100% infill

Quadrate mit hohem Infill sind wegen der thermischen Spannung (Warping) tatsächlich tückisch für die Betthaftung.

Ich habe soeben ein optimiertes Druckprofil hochgeladen, um genau diese Probleme zu lösen:
- Weniger Spannung: Infill auf 40% Gyroid reduziert das Verziehen.
- Mehr Stabilität: 7 Wandlinien halten das Teil massiv, ohne die Haftung zu gefährden.
- Bessere Haftung: Die Geschwindigkeit der ersten Schicht wurde drastisch gesenkt (30 mm/s) und die Betttemperatur für PETG HF optimiert. 

Probier es gerne mit dem neuen Profil aus – damit sollte der 'Spaghetti-Effekt' am Ende Geschichte sein!

Squares with high infill are indeed tricky for bed adhesion due to thermal stress (warping).

I have just uploaded an optimized print profile to solve exactly these problems:
- Less stress: Infill reduced to 40% Gyroid minimizes warping.
- More stability: 7 wall lines keep the part solid without compromising adhesion.
- Better adhesion: The first layer speed has been drastically reduced (30 mm/s) and the bed temperature optimized for PETG HF.

Feel free to try it out with the new profile – the 'spaghetti' effect should be a thing of the past!

hi, sorry for the delay, used the new print profile, printed two batches without any issues, does not seem like I can change my previous  2 star score though :/. now it works perfectly

so strange, no type of plate or glue can make this print reliably, I cannot understand it, it is basically a square 😅 
I keep trying because these are the only ones on makerworld that have perfect shape. design is great.

increasing bed temp helps with bed adhesion but the last layers turn to spaghetti 80% of the time, this seemingly simple print has defeated me, other prints with same filament, plate and printer works well.

since the design is great I keep trying to figure it out, but so far I didn’t

irgendwie wollten die Bauteile nicht haften. Hab die Bett Temperatur erhöht dann ging’s. ansonsten alles bestens. 

Somehow the parts wouldn't adhere. I increased the bed temperature and then it worked. Otherwise, everything is great
