Description
Battery tray for align 500 rc helicopters.
I wanted to have a tray on every battery and don't need to change it between every flight. The original part is 20 eur so i decided to model one myself. It fits perfectly as the original, it looks better and cost basically nothing.
PLA works fine as there is no strees on this part, but i recommend printing it in 100% infill.
With 100% infill the part is 10 grams - same as the original.
The print is optimized with only 2 color changes needed. You can print it with one colour if you want, or you can switch colors manually if you don't have AMS.
As the original you need to glue velcro on the bottom.
