Plant Sign

I printed them on a Bambu Lab A1, and they print well.

Size 183mm X 84mm X 3mm

The LAST layer prints the letters, so use a different filament on this layer if you like.

The biggest challenge for these signs, since they will be outdoors, is the heat of the sun. PLA melts, bends and warps with enough heat. PETG is more resistant to heat and sun and will not bend.

The most important points if you want to use PLA are:

Try to place them in a shady spot.

Stick them as deep as possible (without covering the letters) and vertically (instead of at an angle) into the ground.

Finally, try to use PETG filament which is more resistant to sun and heat.

REMEMBER If you use PLA and they bend in the sun, you can always bend them back by applying a little heat. It might not even bother you if they warp a little, personally it doesn't bother me at all.
