Having a roadster I never thought i'd need A/C, so when I bought my MX5 I never bothered looking for the version with A/C, oh boy I was wrong…
On the hard summer days, you have to keep the top up to avoid getting burned from the sun and then you'll start boiling on the inside, so I designed these universal Side Air Scoops that are hold in place on the window's glass and scoop air inside. Even at lower speeds (40km/h) you can already have quite a nice cooling.
The outlet has a cap that goes over, with an angle of 25 degrees allowing you to adjust where you want the air to go simply by rotating it! I included versions for the Left and Right side.
I designed this for my Mazda MX5 NB but it's compatible with any car. If your window glass is thicker or thinner, you can easily remix. If you can't, just let me know and I'll gladly modify it for you!
