ok it worked fine on all the 777 I have flown so far. Non the less there seems to be an issue. I will look in to it. 

ok, I now made it with and m2 screw (first I just just a pin), Now it is tighter and works better. However it is still hard to adjust the volume of VHF1.....

yeah well i suppose some planes are different. I had the same issue on some planes but also it worked perfect on others. Sorry about the inconvenience mate.

I used this one, It looks and fits great, however it doesn't work. The spring loaded mic switch on the ACP is pushing the flap open again.


Awesome print, could you make a 787 model too? The base plate needs to be 1 mm taller, I expect all the rest will work the same. Cheers!

Well its just for special use on B777. Most of you know the annoying fact of rubber band as an observer. I used it now for quiet a while on different B777F and it always worked fine.&nbsp;The screw I used is an M2x16. Make sure to get tight otherwise the toggle might push back.

This is a switch for an Boeing 777 audio panel which you can use to get a hot mic switch for the observe.&nbsp;To tighten the Toggle switch a M2x16mm screw can be used.
