Description

This is a modification (scale and proportion, printing sequentially with 90 degree bridging) of this file: Fixed up - VW TIQUAN WHEEL
by Luccaslmos is licensed under the Creative Commons - Attribution license.

This is for the OEM 17" Tire on Mk6 Jetta's (at least for the US Market). I suggest printing a test in PLA or whatever cheap filament you have, but printing the permanent ones in PETG or similar filament that can withstand heat, UV, and has some flex to allow install. The 90 degree bridging is not the most efficent direction for bridging the gaps, but on a direct drive machine in good working order it should be just fine. If you have issues change Strength → Advanced →  Bridge direction to 0 degrees in BambuStudio. Similar options should exist in other slicers.

I placed 4 copies on the print bed with parts printing sequentially. For testing, I suggest only printing one copy. On A1 mini or other smaller printers printing one at a time or by layer may make more sense.

It won't fit, I'm scaling it to see if I can make it fit. It's a little bit big, I broke all 4 trying to make them fit.

are you using PETG or ABS? PLA will absolutely break because it’s too rigid. this is meant to be a tight fit. if you’re using PETG or ABS and it’s still not fitting I suggest scaling down in the X and Y by 99.5% and 99% there might be some variation in the size of the rims.
