Greetings,

I have constructed a revised iteration of my hard drive shelf.

First, I extend my gratitude to @JorySharr_2146962 for the inspiration and constructive criticism provided during the design phase.

This design accommodates a total of twelve hard drives, each securely retained within its designated slot via a handle. The following components are required for complete assembly:

4x hard drive enclosures
1x left rack bracket
1x right rack bracket
12x handles
24x pins
3x 120mm fan brackets
2x rack fan brackets
34x connectors

Printing Parameters:
PETG with 3 walls, top and bottom
30% infill is sufficient for the hard drive enclosures
50% infill for the rack mounts
10% infill should suffice for remaining components
Supports are only necessary for the handles

Assembly Instructions:
Assemble the four hard drive enclosures using the connectors at the top and bottom. These can be firmly seated using the end of a screwdriver, for instance. Attach the corresponding left and right rack mounts using the same method.
Within the server rack, the top, bottom, and two central holes of the 3U space must be fitted with rack nuts. Then, secure the enclosure to the rack using screws at the top and bottom.

Install and wire all hard drives. Subsequently, assemble the fan brackets and associated rack mounts using the connectors, and attach the fans. Finally, secure the entire fan assembly to the front of the hard drives.
